As agriculture is the foundation of the national economy,China has been paying more attention to the development of domestic agriculture.We will develop modern agricultural industrial parks,transform the mode of production of agricultural products,apply modern technology to agricultural production,modernize agricultural production,and raise farmers’ incomes.The development of agricultural logistics is an effective way to promote the transformation of agricultural production mode and market-oriented development,and also an objective requirement of social development.As a national modern agricultural area,Weifang Gudi modern agricultural demonstration zone in Shandong province,in order to realize the transformation from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture and the transformation of new and old kinetic energy,the traditional agricultural logistics model must improve the logistics level by means of information technology such as Internet,Internet of things,big data and "cloud" computing.First of all,through the field investigation and questionnaire survey in Weifang Gudi modern agricultural demonstration zone in Shandong province,this paper studies the current situation and existing problems of agricultural logistics operation;secondly,it studies the existing seven kinds of things,including decentralized agricultural household type,circulation enterprise type,intermediary organization type,production base + purchaser type,production base + core fruit and vegetable production company production and marketing integration type,farmer and business super docking type and intelligent logistics The flow operation mode is analyzed,and then the intelligent logistics operation mode in the new era is selected by using the analytic hierarchy process;then the supply chain management theory is used,and the information technology such as Internet,Internet of things,big data and cloud computing is used to build the intelligent logistics operation mode matching the agricultural product fruit and vegetable industry chain,and the functional framework of the intelligent logistics operation mode is designed;finally,a A series of measures ensure the successful implementation of intelligent logistics operation mode.
