Study On Financial Risk Analysis And Control Of BHDL Company Under Asset-light Mode

The rapid development of the Internet and information technology has expanded the target market,shortened the transaction time,increased the transaction mode,and enriched the business scope of enterprises.The business mode and operating environment of enterprises have undergone tremendous changes.Against this background,the government encourages and promotes industrial innovation and upgrading,takes innovation as the primary task of current development,and continuously promotes mass entrepreneurship.And proper business model is the basis of business success,compared with the traditional business model,the light asset business model in inventory and fixed assets investment is less,more focus on enterprise brand,enterprise culture,management experience,the core technology,marketing channels and other high value of assets,give full play to the utility of the limited resources,and effective use of the resources of others to achieve maximum value with the least amount of assets.Currently has some light enterprise assets to its unique resources and profit mode has gained huge success,but not all USES light business model of corporate assets,obtained the expected effect,but most firms have failed in the process of operation,the reason is mainly due to indulge in the early stage of the development of the enterprise asset light business models and the rapid expansion of the current situation of rapid development,but ignore the mode of potential financial risks.At present,the domestic research on financial risk control under asset-light business model is only in the initial stage.Therefore,a targeted study on the current situation of financial risk control of companies under this model is of great significance for the future development of asset-light companies.Taking BHDL company as an example,the use of financial statement analysis,which can identify the company's financial risk and build suitable risk assessment model,to judge the risk the size of the company,as well as the main financial risk points,on the basis of the financial risk control effect evaluation BHDL company,found the company in the aspect of risk control has many place worthy of learning,but in the financing activities,inventory management,there are still some shortcomings.Finally,this paper proposes improvement measures on the basis of case analysis,hoping to provide some solutions for BHDL company and provide reference and guidance for asset-light companies.
