Research On Financial Strategy Evaluation Of H Enterprises Under Light Assets Business Model

With the development of the social and economic situation.Enterprises are paying more and more attention to the exploration of business models.The light asset model mainly advocates the interests of enterprises such as brand and marketing for the benefit of enterprises.This model is highly respected by major international companies.Under the light asset business model,enterprises need A matching financial strategy to integrate funding and optimize resources.This paper takes the current business model as the light asset H enterprise as the research object.Based on the current corporate strategy and financial strategy,the field research method and qualitative and quantitative research methods are combined to make the financial strategy of the enterprise comprehensive.The evaluation of the system found that there were some deviations in the overall matching and proposed a perfect opinion on the deviation of its existence.First of all,this paper sorts out the research theories of related scholars at home and abroad,and clarifies the framework of the research.The related theories and concepts involved in the article are elaborated.Secondly,based on the current financial strategy of H enterprises,the Harvard analysis framework is introduced from the overall strategic analysis.Based on the accounting analysis,financial analysis and prospect analysis,the financial strategy of H enterprise is evaluated,and then the strategic strategy is used to evaluate the financial strategy..Finally,it is concluded that the financial strategy decision of H enterprise's light asset model has certain rationality,which has positively promoted the development of the company,but there is a certain degree of deviation,and corresponding improvement suggestions are proposed for these deviations.Trying to explore the competitiveness of light assets and improve the value of enterprises,and seek forward-looking financial strategic arrangements to provide some ideas and reference for solving the financial problems faced in the operation of light assets.
