Since the reform and openning up of china,china do more business with freign countries of the world.Since china take part in WTO,the party items and toys opened bigger market on abroad.Because china have more competition on the labors and cost,so china become the biggest toys maker and exporter country.However china face more obstaches in the business.such anti-dump,more strict test requirements,enviroment protections rules,safty regulations,social responsibilities..which have been a heavy pressure to china's factory in the party items vendors.In2008,the economic crisis swept the world,the development of Europe and Amrica become slowly.The purchasing power of west countries become small,so the orders decrease year by year.Now after 30 years development,china got great achievement.China has gradually entered the aging society.The disappearance of the social demographic dividend,the price of raw material increased greatly,Labor costs rose sharply,Recruitment is hard to keep work hard,Rising cost of land use.All these factors make china's competition becomes weaker.Due to the low technical content,the factories mainly depend on the designs of foreign designs.Most factories make OEM.So there are so many competitors,as a result the competition enviroment become bad.The profits become smaller and smaller.Orders turn to lower prices in Southeast Asia and India and other regions.The makers of ZheJiang Province even have to close the factory.How to survive and keep sustainable development become more and more important.In this context.This paper integrated industry and corporate level,Research methods of using more competitive strategy to study the industry status of ZheJiang Party items industry,competition environment,and the Overview of ZJ company.We use SWOT analysis.Opportunities and threats in the external environment of EL company are analyzed,study The advantages and disadvantages of the internal environment.According to EL company's strategic objectives and development vision,Re evaluate current competitive strategyTimely adjustment strategy is the differentiation strategy,Surety Company has a sustainable market competitiveness and share.Maximizing the resources,The ultimate protection of the company's comprehensive profitability.
