Talent is the core competitive resource of enterprises,and the development of enterprises can not be separated from human factors.With the development of market economy,people's need for material and cultural life is increasing day by day.In order to obtain higher personal development or more generous remuneration,employees often choose to leave their jobs to pursue better work and life,which leads to the loss of talents in enterprises becoming a common phenomenon.In recent years,the excellent brain drain of municipal enterprises has brought a lot of negative effects,which is not conducive to the stable and rapid development of enterprises,how to retain existing talents has become an urgent problem to be solved.Therefore,it is necessary to study the causes of the brain drain of municipal enterprises and put forward corresponding countermeasures.Based on the research of A municipal enterprises,this paper comprehensively analyzes the current situation and main causes of the brain drain of municipal enterprises,and puts forward some reasonable suggestions.First of all,this paper analyzes the current situation and the impact of the brain drain of municipal enterprises;through the analysis of on-the-job staff interview data,get the main reasons for employees leaving,and combined with the current situation of municipal enterprises to design a questionnaire,this paper divides the municipal enterprises into business and public welfare,each type of enterprises according to the large,The questionnaire was distributed on a medium and small scale,and 360 electronic questionnaires were distributed during the survey.spss23 software will be used for the analysis tool in this paper.the analysis methods include reliability and validity test,descriptive statistical analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis.After collecting questionnaire data analysis,we use regression analysis to determine the main causes of brain drain in municipal enterprises,including promotion channels,salary and welfare,incentive mechanism,employment mechanism,and analyze the above main reasons;finally,put forward countermeasures and suggestions for the brain drain problem of municipal enterprises.It is expected that the countermeasures and suggestions put forward in this paper can improve the current situation of talent management in municipal enterprises play a certain role in its brain drain problem.
