Financial Support For The Development Of Export-Oriented Economy In Gansu

The development of "The Belt and Road " has created factors for mutual benefit for China.On the one hand,it can tap the market potential of countries and regions along The Belt and Road,sell domestic products and services to these overseas markets and cultivate overseas customer groups.On the other hand,it can strengthen exchanges and contacts with surrounding countries and regions to create a harmonious regional development environment.Gansu occupies important position in "The Belt and Road ".As a less developed areas in the west,Gansu has been confined to the situation of economic stagnation."The Belt and Road" Initiative provides the door for westward opening of Gansu,which is crucial to the comprehensive promotion of Gansu,such as economy,culture,society,ecology and etc.The pace of the development of the export-oriented economy in Gansu is speeding up.In the process of�going out�,enterprises need funds,information,risk management and other aspects,which puts forward higher requirements for the development of Gansu's financial industry.While providing financial support for �going-out�enterprises,financial institutions in Gansu should also provide smooth channels for enterprises in the province to �going-out�,provide a variety of services,help enterprises to expand overseas markets,realize the optimal allocation of resources worldwide,and support the development of export-oriented economy in Gansu.Based on the perspective of �The Belt and Road�,this paper studies the financial support for Gansu's export-oriented economy.First of all,the paper analyzes the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on financial support for export-oriented economic development,studies the related concepts of outward oriented economy,theories of financial development and economic growth and etc.On the premise of mastering relevant theoretical knowledge and cutting-edge research,it studies the financial support for Gansu's export-oriented economic development.Secondly,several indicators are selected to compare the financial support for the development of financial industry in Gansu and in other neighboring provinces,and quantitatively described financial support for the development of export-oriented economy in Gansu.Thirdly,it analyzes the advantages and disadvantages in the process of financial support for Gansu's export-oriented economic development from four different aspects.Finally,by referring to the successful experience of financial support for export-oriented economic development in developed areas,this paper puts forward some suggestions in financial support for export-oriented economic development in Gansu from both macro and micro levels.
