With the continuous improvement of economic development level and urbanization,urban residents are faced with the accelerating life rhythm and increasing pressure of life.The body and mind are increasingly eager to experience the idyllic scenery of the nature and the rural lifestyle.Leisure agriculture is a new industry that integrates primary,secondary and tertiary industries.It's promotes the diversification of modern agriculture,increases the employment opportunities of farmers,and contributes to the promotion of economic development.Xinyu City has abundant agricultural resources and tourism resources,convenient transportation,and superior economic conditions.It has good conditions for the development of leisure agriculture.At present,the development of leisure agriculture in Xinyu City has a good momentum and has produced good economic benefits.However,in the process of rapid development of leisure agriculture,many problems have also been encountered.Therefore,scientific understanding and reasonable planning is the key to the development of leisure agriculture in Xinyu City.This paper analyzes the development status,basic conditions and development mode of leisure agriculture in Xinyu City through object,and finds the existing problems from the perspective of consumers and producers.The main contents of the research are as follows:the concept of leisure agriculture is defined.Relying on agriculture,leisure agriculture is based on agricultural ecology,rural culture,customs,village and town tourism,and agricultural education,And the integration of service industry to provide tourists with entertainment experience,agricultural experience,leisure experience of new agricultural activities.from the perspective of consumers,through the questionnaires of consumer cognitive behavior,decision-making behavior,satisfaction survey,etc.,the problems of leisure agriculture in Xinyu City were discovered.it has been found that the leisure agriculture in Xinyu City has insufficient publicity,the overall consumption level is not high,the reception service level needs to be improved,and the project construction is chaotic.After analyzing the causes of the problem,it is believed that the leisure agriculture problem in Xinyu City is caused by the intensified external competitive environment,insufficient capital investment,and lack of overall planning.Through consumer surveys and problem analysis,it is proposed that Xinyu City's leisure agriculture should do a good job in layout planning and create leisure agriculture with the theme of "new energy,ecological leisure,and characteristic farmhouses";establish a sound leisure agriculture industry association;strengthen the government Support,improve infrastructure,and protect the human ecological environment;make good marketing plans,strengthen brand publicity;strengthen talent and system construction,and improve service levels.
