Research On The Development Of Agricultural Insurance In Guangfu Town Yongnian County Hebei Province

Guangfu town is a big town in yongnian district,handan city,hebei province.Since the implementation of agricultural insurance in 2008,after nearly a decade of development,some achievements have been made,but the level is still low,and the guarantee function of agricultural insurance has not been fully utilized.Through on-the-spot investigations,visits and discussions on Guangfu Town,to understand the development history and current situation of agricultural insurance,and to analyze the case of agricultural insurance in Guangfu Town in recent years,and find out the problems,that is,the premium is high and the amount of compensation Low,there are claims delays(owed)and so on.The main factors causing low enthusiasm for farmers to participate in insurance include the lack of insurance,limited protection,inadequate government coordination mechanisms,and lack of grassroots technical personnel in insurance companies.This is a prominent problem in agricultural insurance work.By referring to the successful experience of agricultural insurance at home and abroad,the countermeasures are proposed:on the basis of the existing agricultural insurance in Guangfu Town,the government finances to increase the premium subsidy,increase the characteristic agricultural product insurance,and improve the construction of the agricultural insurance legal system;Reduce insurance premium rates,appropriately raise claims standards;government and enterprises "jointly co-operate",innovative insurance methods;insurance companies improve service quality and integrity;farmers should strengthen their awareness of insurance and prevent agricultural risks.In terms of innovation,this paper puts forward the joint model of " government-led,joint-joint co-insurance,bank credit,and differential insurance " in Bengbu City Agricultural Insurance,which can improve the organization level of farmers and the participation rate of agricultural insurance for farmers in China.Improvement has a positive effect.The shortcomings of this paper point out that it is based on the development of agricultural insurance in a township,and " seeing the whole leopard",which has its limitations.
