Research On Pallet Scheduling Optimization Of Urban FMCG Supply Chain Alliance

With the development of social economy and the continuous growth of business activities,the demand for fast-moving consumer goods(FMCG)in cities is increasing,and the distribution industry of FMCG in cities has also developed rapidly.However,the problems of low standardization and high distribution costs in the distribution of FMCG in our cities are outstanding,which has brought great challenges to the development of enterprises and cities.Research by the Ministry of Commerce found that low standardization is an important reason for the high cost of commercial circulation.The distribution of urban FMCG is an important part of the circulation field in which pallets play an important role.In order to solve this problem,the Ministry of Commerce and other ten departments issued opinions on the promotion of the development of unitized logistics and cooperated with the Ministry of Finance to promote the construction of the supply chain system.It is requited to start from standard pallet and GSI to improve the standardization and informatization level of the supply chain,and promote the efficient connection of facilities and information data in all links of the supply chain.How to schedule the pallet accurately and efficiently,and how to connect with the urban FMCG supply chain effectively,has become the source of this paper.At present,the theory and practical of pallet scheduling is still in the exploration stage at home and abroad.While there are few studies on pallet scheduling optimization under the urban FMCG supply chain alliance system.Therefore,on the basis of sorting out the related research and practical application of the predecessors,this paper constructs the conceptual model of the urban FMCG supply chain alliance system firstly.This paper determines the basic problems of the alliance system's boundaries,members,and alliance form,to supports subsequent research.The next step of pallet scheduling optimization under the FMCG supply chain alliance system is studied.Aiming at the problem of urban FMCG supply chain alliance,the scheduling scenarios that may exist in actual operation are designed.Using mathematical modeling methods,the actual problem is abstracted into a specific mathematical model,and then the proposed model is verified by planning and numerical examples Effectiveness.According to whether or not to build the urban FMCG supply chain alliance,the paper establishes a pallet scheduling model under the same situation,and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of tray scheduling under the two scenarios and the selection problem under different conditions.The research of this paper has great theoretical and practical value.On the one hand,it provides new research ideas and directions for other scholars when they study the problem of pallet scheduling;on the other hand,the research in this paper helps enterprises solve practical operations.The difficulty of promoting pallet scheduling in the supply chain of FMCG in the city can greatly promote the development of logistics standardization and promote the improvement of social logistics efficiency.
