Research And Application Of Oil Distribution And Scheduling Optimization Based On SCM

Recent years, logistics, taken as "third profit resource", has been paid attention to greatly and develops rapidly. Meanwhile, considerable sun of sale companies, transportation corporation, storage enterprises are taking on business of third party logistics. Now the distribution business is flourishing with the fast rise and development of SCM in modern economic development. How to improve the deliver efficiency and strengthen the SCM benefit is concerned.In the whole logistics system of petrochemical industry, discussing from the narrow sense, oil retail and supplement is a more typical SCM. The oil retail is the end in the oil circulation, facing market and users directly. So the planning and scheduling of oil distribution is very important. This paper is just aiming at the question, on the basis of summarizing introduction of SCM and logistics distribution, carries on emphasized research on the transportation route optimization that has great influence on cost of the distribution system. The subject is proceeding from the goal of providing informational, intelligent and making-policy support for the enterprises engaged in oil distribution and retail, makes the constraints and goals in actual vehicle scheduling problems modeled, carries out mathematics analysis in vehicle routing problem of scheduling optimization. Then a heuristics approach and simulated annealing algorithm is studied. Finally, the business of management system of the gas stations based on network for Wuhan Iron and Steel Plant Supply Company is taken as the target, the article has studied how to establish the networking retail management and scheduling optimization system preliminarily. It will have certain referenced value for those enterprises engaged in oil distribution and retail when they plan to realize information-based management and computer-based distribution, low the operation cost, raise managerial skill. So the research and development of this subject will have certain perspective and actual value during the initial course of studying and application in oil distribution in domestic at present.
