Study On The Risk Management Of Dachangping Tourism Project Owner

Nowadays,the development of tourism projects goes deeper and deeper into the natural environment.The development volume is larger and larger,the cycle is longer and longer,the types are more and more diversified,and the direction is more and more specialized.Mountain tourism project as a special type of tourism project,due to its own special attributes,in the development process,in addition to some traditional risk factors,some risk factors brought by special attributes will also have an important impact on the development of the project.Therefore,it is necessary to evaluate the development risks of such mountain projects and put forward countermeasures.Dachangping tourism project is the research object of this paper.The project is a mountain tourism project in anji area of zhejiang province.This paper mainly identifies the risk factors in the decision-making and implementation period of the mountain project,evaluates the risk factors and proposes countermeasures.This paper first identified the risk factors during the decision-making and implementation period of dachangping tourism project through literature analysis and expert investigation.The importance of risk factors in each stage was analyzed through expert survey method and analytic hierarchy process,and the weight of evaluation index was determined.Then the risk value of each stage and the total research cycle is calculated by expert survey method and probability influence risk matrix method.Finally,the risk level of each risk factor of the project and the total risk level of the dachangping tourism project in the research cycle were determined,and risk countermeasures were developed.Through the study of this paper,a risk assessment method suitable for dachangping tourism project is obtained,and the corresponding measures are proposed.I hope it can serve as a reference for risk assessment and risk response formulation of similar projects in the future.
