The Evolution Of Spatial And Temporal Pattern Of Economic Development In Luoyang Town And Its Influencing Factors

Town economy is the basic construction of regional economic development,and its coordination and sustainable development will be conducive to the healthy and sustainable development of China's regional economy.Face into people's social principal contradictions of our country in the new period the growing demand for a better life and inadequate development imbalance between the contradictions,and with the regional coordinated development strategy,the country,the implementation of the strategy of rejuvenating the town domain economy in promoting the modernization of agriculture and rural areas,and help out of poverty,and promote the development of the urban and rural integration,to realize rural revitalization,build the coordinated development of urban landscape,will play a positive effect.As a sub-central city of Henan Province,central plains city group and central plains economic zone,Luoyang plays an important role in supporting regional social and economic development in politics,economy and trade.However,in recent years,Luoyang town economic development shows a development trend of obvious regional differences and increasing degrees of differences.Therefore,it is of great significance to adjust the spatial development pattern of Luoyang town economy and promote the coordinated development of the whole economy by discussing the characteristics of the evolution of the spatial and temporal pattern of Luoyang town economy development,analyzing the influence mechanism of Luoyang town economy development and the trend of economic growth convergence.Based on the theory of balanced development,the theory of unbalanced development and the theory of the stage of economic growth,this study first USES the range,standard deviation,the method of spatial decomposition of theil index and the method of markov chain analysis to discuss the temporal evolution characteristics of economic development differences and the convergence characteristics of economic growth in Luoyang town.Secondly,the global and local spatial correlation characteristics of economic development and economic growth in Luoyang town are discussed based on global spatial autocorrelation and hot spot analysis,and the spatial differentiation and distribution characteristics of Luoyang town economy are discussed based on spatial classification analysis method and standard ellipse difference.Finally,based on the general least square method and the method of geographical weighted regression analysis,the factors influencing the economic development of Luoyang towns and their spatial heterogeneity are discussed.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)From the perspective of the time sequence evolution of economic development,the economic development of Luoyang town region gradually increased during the research period,and the absolute difference of economic development increased.Overall economic differences show a trend of "continuous decline first,then rise in fluctuation,and then slow down",town economic differences are the main component of overall economic differences,and the internal economic differences of counties show a trend of gradual convergence.There is convergence club phenomenon in economic growth and each convergence club has strong stability.The possibility of transition between different types of convergence clubs is small,the high level convergence clubs may have internal convergence trend,and the low level convergence clubs may fall into the "poverty trap".It is possible for the high-level convergence clubs to transform into the low-level convergence clubs.The positive spillover effect of the economic development type transition is lower than the negative spillover effect during the whole study period.(2)From the perspective of the evolution of spatial correlation pattern,the overall spatial correlation pattern of economic development in Luoyang town region during the research period was in the state of agglomeration,and the degree of agglomeration was in a state of fluctuation.In the local spatial correlation pattern of economic development,the economic hot spots and sub-hot spots have strong spatial stability,the transition of cold spots is significant,the number of different types of regions varies significantly,and the overall spatial pattern of cold spots is quite different.The global spatial correlation pattern of economic growth is characterized by strong spatial clustering,but the clustering trend changes from strong to weak.In the local spatial correlation pattern of economic growth,the hot spots and the cold spots have obvious spatial transitions,but the hot spots of economic growth fail to promote the migration of the hot spots of economic development.(3)From the perspective of spatial distribution pattern,the convergence stability of high level club of economic development in Luoyang town region is significant,and the high level and middle and high level areas are mainly concentrated in the northeast and southwest of Luoyang.The low level grade unit has the tendency to move to the east and the west,and the high level grade unit has the effect of regional economic radiation.On the whole,the economic development of Luoyang town region presents a "concave" spatial distribution pattern of "low in the middle and high at both ends" on the northeast-southwest trend.The elliptic distribution center of the standard deviation of economic development in Luoyang town varies between 112.203 ° ? 112.175 ° E,and 34.413 ° ? 34.404 ° N.The elliptic distribution direction of the standard deviation is "northeast to southwest",and the homogeneity of the spatial distribution is decreasing first and then increasing.By comparison with the population distribution ellipse and the area distribution ellipse,it can be concluded that the economic distribution ellipse is closer to the northeast area of Luoyang and has a larger distribution in the direction of "northeast to southwest".(4)From the analysis results of influencing factors,the overall effect of geographical weighted regression is obviously better than that of traditional linear regression.According to the results of the traditional linear regression model,the average elevation has a globally significant negative effect on the economic development of Luoyang town,and the marketization,the density of township roads and the proportion of non-agricultural employment have a globally significant positive effect.According to the results of the GWR model,the average elevation has a significant negative effect on the economic development of towns in central and northern Luoyang,and a significant positive effect on some towns in Luanchuan county in the southwest.Township road density has a significant positive effect on township economic development in southwest,central and southwest Luoyang,but not a significant negative effect on township economic development in east and northeast Luoyang.Marketization has a significant positive effect on the economic development of towns and regions in the northeast,central and southwest of Luoyang.The proportion of non-agricultural employment has a significant positive effect on the economic development of towns and regions in the northeast of Luoyang.
