A Research On The Transformation Strategy Of Transaction Banking In S Rural Commercial Bank

After a long period of rapid growth,China's economy has entered a new normal.The overall performance of the banking sector is growing slowly,and the marginal capital efficiency shows a downward trend,which challenges the customer maintenance level,customer acquisition level and risk control ability of commercial Banks.S rural commercial bank is confronted with such difficulties as weak growth of public customers,rising risk of bad debts,unreasonable income structure,insufficient growth of low-cost deposits,and declining marginal capital efficiency.It is urgent to seek reform measures and establish a new growth point of public business.By reference to the domestic and foreign literatures,this article mainly USES literature induction,case analysis,comparative analysis and other research methods,through carding summarizes the related literature at home and abroad,to citibank,standard chartered and other international well-known commercial Banks trading business cases for reference,the international famous commercial bank transaction banking model is compared,and the development status quo of our country trade bank make a preliminary judgment;Then,based on the case of S rural commercial bank,this paper studies the difficulties faced by the traditional corporate business of S rural commercial bank and the urgency of developing transaction banking business,discusses the advantages and feasibility of the development of transaction banking,and then puts forward the model selection and development countermeasures for the development of transaction banking of S rural commercial bank.Countermeasures and Suggestions are mainly carried out from two aspects:business strategy and strategic support system.This paper hopes that through the exploration and research on the transformation and development of transaction banking business of S rural commercial bank,it can not only provide more new ideas for the transformation of public business of S rural commercial bank,but also provide certain reference for the transformation of public business of China's local financial institutions.
