Recently,with the developing of direct financing,Internet finance and other financing channels,companies have become less and less dependent on banks as the main body for investment and financing.Disintermediation poses challenges for traditional commercial banks,the ferrying liquidity to commercial banks is no longer enough.Interest rate liberalization has increased the cost of deposit business,which has reduced band's profit.The traditional deposits and loans businesses have been challenged,and it is imperative for banks to transform their businesses.At the same time,transaction banking is gradually seen as a pioneer in the transformation of corporate business by most commercial banks.It covers a full range of financial services such as daily payment,settlement,financing,and cash management,and provides a comprehensive package of financial services for enterprises.Meanwhile,it can not only deposit a large amount of low-cost corporate liabilities,but also take advantage of the low risk and low capital occupation of transaction banks to obtain higher spread returns.Since 2015,various domestic commercial banks have begun to explore the development of transaction banking.China Minsheng Bank established the transaction banking department earlier at the end of 2015.It took more than 4 years to lay the foundation for this business.The development road of transaction banking with special characteristics of banks,which integrates the four major business segments,cash management,trade financing,international business and factoring business.The concept of "scenario transaction banking" runs through,and revenue has grown rapidly in recent years.Although transaction banking has a more than 50-year histoy in foreign countries,its development in China have just 4-5 years.As an emerging business in the banking industry,some problems will inevitably exist in its early stage of rapid development.This paper will take China Minsheng Bank as an example to study the business model of transaction banks.First,this article will introduce the origin of transaction banking and why it is necessary to develop transaction banking in the domestic interbank market,mainly due to four factors: interest rate marketization,financial disintermediation,banking reform and transformation requirements,and "lightweight" banks Development requirements.The research significance of this article is to take Minsheng Bank as an example.Through comprehensive analysis of transaction banking business,domestic commercial banks are made aware of the necessity of development of transaction banking business and the obstacles in development.purpose.Secondly,by analyzing the development status and problems of China Minsheng Bank as an example,the main problems and reasons in the development of transaction banking business are analyzed,including the backward evaluation mechanism,vague accounting,scarce professional personnel and lack of technical support.Next,it analyzes the external environment from the macro and industry environment,analyzes the internal environment from the aspects of internal capabilities,corporate culture,corporate resources and business philosophy,and uses SWOT analysis to strategically position Minsheng Bank's transaction banking business.Finally,this study believes that China Minsheng Bank should adopt an SO growth strategy,give play to its advantages,and take advantage of opportunities.Supply-side reforms and the “Belt and Road” national strategy,as well as changes in the regulatory environment and financial market environment,have provided development opportunities for the transaction banking business.,And vigorously carry out the transformation of the company's business,to create fist products,and compete for domestic and foreign markets.
