Nowadays,with the market-oriented adjustment of interest rate,the intensification of financial disintermediation and the rapid development of Internet technology,how to realize lightness,how to enhance the stickiness of enterprise customers and how to improve profitability are a series of severe challenges faced by commercial banks.With the continuous exploration of many financial institutions at home and abroad,transaction banking has become a strategic choice for the transformation of many commercial banks due to its low risk,low capital occupation,strong customer stickiness and high competitive barriers features.In the past decade,with the development of Internet and financial technology,more and more commercial banks have made business strategy with transaction banking business included.This paper analyzes the current situation and countermeasures of transaction banking business of Y Branch of X Bank under the said background,aiming to provide feasible strategies for the development of transaction banking business of Y Branch of X Bank.It first combs the main research literature of transaction banking business at home and abroad.It also discourses the main features and business segments of transaction banking business at home and abroad,and then analyzes the current situation and existing problems of transaction banking business of Y Branch of X Bank.Based on the above analysis,the fourth and fifth parts of this paper are corresponding solutions and assistant measures to the raised problems with theory and practice combined from five aspects: goals,organizational structure,product strategy,technical investment and human resources.The last part of the paper includes the research conclusion and prospect.Through scientific analysis and formulation of rigorous schemes,this paper could expand the basic customer group for Y Branch of X Bank under the fierce market competition.It also could benefit with profit generation and competitiveness enhancement for corporate business sector of Y Branch of X Bank.
