At present,China is developing rapidly in urbanization.With the continuous growth of urban population,the rapid development of urban rail transit is driven.Due to the acceleration of urban construction and the continuous growth of rail transit operation lines,many cities have entered the stage of urban rail network operation.The rapid development of urban rail transit puts forward high requirements for the number and quality of employees in operation management,engineering construction,planning and design,equipment manufacturing and other fields.However,under the condition of large-scale development of China's urban rail transit and rapid renewal of technical equipment,the contradiction between the quantity and quality of talents and the ability of talent training has become increasingly prominent,which has become the key restricting factor for the sustainable and healthy development of rail transit.Especially for the operators who play an important role in the safe and efficient service of urban rail transit system,the quantity and quality of their training is the key to sustainable development.By the end of 2020,S company will have a total operating mileage of about 210 kilometers and a staff of about 10500.Against this background,the company will face such problems as the expansion of the gap in the total demand for talents,the failure of orderly formation of talent echelon,the relative lack of core technical strength,the increasing difficulty in talent training and the urgent demand for all kinds of talents.Through exploring the problems of network operation personnel training,deepening the differentiated training of network operation high skilled personnel,key position personnel and first-line production personnel,improving the structural construction of personnel training system,strengthening the specialized training of network operation teachers,and putting forward the targeted and practical implementation scheme of network operation personnel construction.Starting from the reality of the network operation talents training program of S company(mainly studying the cultivation of front-line production and professional and technical talents,excluding the management talents),this paper adopts the relevant research methods such as investigation and research,literature research and comparative research,combined with the theories of talent development,human capital,training,achievement needs and Maslow's demand level,etc.,and puts forward the human resources since the network operation.The problems faced by the talent training program and the reasons for the problems are analyzed.Then,the talent training system and the optimization program of talent training under the background of S company's network operation are designed.Finally,the guarantee of the implementation of talent training program is described from the aspects of the senior management's high attention,the implementation of funds guarantee,the implementation of personnel guarantee,the improvement of organizational structure and the creation of high-quality environment.In order to meet the challenge of rapid growth of S company's personnel and realize the safe,fast and comfortable service of S company's network operation.
