In recent years, the rapid development of urban rail transportation in major cities, rail transit line station as a professional project design leading professional, which plays a vital role. As the number of design projects faster growth, professional and strong line station, an officer culture period, the shortage of human resources it has been difficult to solve. On the other hand, the field of rail transportation line station professionals skills increasingly demanding requirements of professional face more and more widely, from a conventional subway, light rail has been developed to a variety of formats tram, monorail, rubber tire system, to meet market demand, ensure CRFSDI technology leadership, lack of talent pool has become a bottleneck restricting the development of enterprises. For the city to solve the shortage of manpower professional theaters station problem, urgent need to establish grass-roots talent pool, employee training and orderly development, to fully tap the production potential, rational planning career guidance staff.Firstly, finishing talent pool construction and management theory, from talent management and talent map, learning organization and motivation- hygiene theory model of competence quality to lay a solid theoretical foundation for the following chapters. Based on the human resource management, talent pool and quality of domestic and foreign competency theory finishing, combined CRFSDI City Cinemas station to professional training and status of issue, the basic idea line station construction and professional talent pool construction procedures and content, prepare and train links from link building to expand the talent pool, including links ready talent pool hierarchy, personnel information collection, personnel selection methods and standards, personnel competency model, culture contains job analysis, employee capacity analysis and development planning, training and development management, etc., and construction procedures and contents applied CRFSDI city library professionals to theaters station construction practice. Finally talent pool construction proposed pool maintenance and related applications, pool covers maintenance management aspects and safeguards aspects, application part from the introduction of talents and personnel training strategy start, to further ensure the implementation of the effect of the talent pool construction.
