| With the rapid development of mobile Internet in recent years,the traditional banks in China have been greatly impacted,and the more pressure the banks bear.The emergence of Internet finance has led to a large number of financial APP products.Individual financial choices are more and more.As a client manager responsible for expanding banking business,the pressure is also growing.In this context,how to assess these client managers in our commercial banks has become particularly important.Although commercial banks have always assessed client managers,the existence of these performance management systems cannot better motivate client managers to improve their performance,or even produce negative incentive effects.Therefore,it is very urgent and necessary to study the performance appraisal optimization under the client manager management system of commercial banks,especially for the banking industry to develop in a better direction.At the beginning of this paper,the purpose and significance of the research background are elaborated.According to the existing academic conclusions of the academic circles,the domestic research status is summarized,and the main research contents,methods and ideas of this paper are elaborated.Then it reviews the performance,performance appraisal,the characteristics and principles of performance appraisal and the main methods of performance appraisal,which lays a theoretical foundation for the following article.Then it introduces the client manager of C Bank,then analyses the current situation of the performance appraisal of the client manager of C Bank,including the process and index settings of performance appraisal,and summarizes the problems existing in the performance appraisal of the client manager of C Bank by using the questionnaire survey method.On this basis,combing the ideas of optimizing the performance appraisal scheme of the client manager,based on the balanced scorecard,the performance appraisal index system of the client manager of C Bank is designed,and the weight of the index is determined,and the performance appraisal table is designed.Finally,the improvement scheme of client manager’s performance appraisal implementation is put forward,including the construction of a reasonable performance appraisal process system,performance appraisal cycle system,performance feedback and appeal system,performance effect application system.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of all aspects of performance appraisal,this paper puts forward safeguard measures from four aspects of organization and personnel and risk control and culture.It is hoped that through this study,the enthusiasm of the client managers of C Bank can be improved,so as to improve the quality of banking services,and ultimately to enhance the reputation,image and brand of the bank,thereby enhancing the competitiveness of the bank. |
