The 2008 financial crisis not only impacted on even changed the pattern of the world economy today,but also is a vivid lesson to the global banking industry.In this economic and financial background,"business transformation,improve core competitiveness" has become the strategic focus of China's commercial banks.The author chooses A bank's customer manager team as the research case.A bank's customer manager has the following characteristics: the average age of the team is relatively small,high degree of professional segmentation,practitioners unstable state of personal career development very seriously.These features are also a true portrayal of the majority of account managers in China's banking industry.From this point of view,this case has a certain representation.This case is aiming at the performance evaluation system for client managers of Bank A,and according to the requirement of the strategy with the change of the current business environment,to optimize and complete this performance appraisal system.In this article,through the combination of theory with practice,using the balanced scorecard theory,starting from the strategic map,gradually clear the core goals and performance indicators.Then form a reasonable,unified and complete performance appraisal system,help Bank A realize businesstransformation,form the core competitiveness and has the continuously stable healthy development,in complex economic situation and financial environment.By the study the author find that in this case the Balanced Scorecard can apply to performance management,and enable the implementation of strategic goals of “business transformation and improve the core competitiveness”.The innovation performance of this article for two things: at first,combine the organizational strategy and performance management closely,then strategy of organization is not anything but an empty slogan and will be implemented effectively;secondly,implement the Balanced Scorecard to performance management on personal,breaking the constraint which is previous implementation for organizations or sectors.
