Recently,under the background of the rapid development of our socialist economy,advanced production technology has been widely used,production efficiency and product quality of various industries continue to improve,and market competition is more and more fierce.At present,especially in the non-standard automation equipment industry,the competition is homogenized seriously.There are many enterprises of this area in China,and the scale and technology are uneven.How to win in the competition has become a huge challenge for S company.We need to think seriously next.If the enterprise wants to develop for long,it is particularly important to do well in customer relationship management while ensuring product quality and good reputation of the enterprise.Customers have become the most precious resources of modern enterprises.We must take customers as the center,constantly discover,develop and meet customer needs,and establish friendly and mutual customer relations to achieve the long development goals of our enterprise.Based on the analysis of internal and external of S company,and the detail sorting and analysis of its current customer data,this paper finds out the existing problems of the company and finds out the causes,and then give the customer relationship management and the safeguard measures to suit for the development of S company,and make a positive outlook for the future development of S company.It provides positive theoretical guidance and practical support for the research of S company's customer relationship management,and has important reference significance for the sustainable development of non-standard automation equipment enterprises.
