The uncertainty of the modern global economy in the process of competition is constantly increasing,and the operating environment of the enterprise market is becoming more turbulent and complex.Customers are the driving force of the development of enterprises.Since the introduction of the customer-centric business philosophy,enterprises have been actively seeking more effective customer relationship management models,continuously improving their survival ability,and achieving sustainable development.Currently,information technology strongly promotes customer relationship management in enterprises by utilizing information technology to obtain and analyze customer data,providing a practical path for the customer-centric customer relationship management model.It plays a key role in meeting customer needs,enhancing customer loyalty,and improving customer service quality.As a brand company in the medical device hearing aid industry,S China is continuously improving its customer-centric customer relationship management model.This article introduces the status of customer relationship management,customer relationship management system,employee structure with main responsibilities of S China Company in four perspectives of sales management,market management,customer management,and service support.The author conducts internal interviews and the research on the current situation of customer relationship management for analyzing the interview results and research data to identify problems in the company’s customer relationship management and finally get the caused reason of the problems.Based on the analysis of the reasons,corresponding optimization strategies are formulated for the company to strengthen customer service concepts,optimize customer relationship management systems,implement customer relationship lifecycle management,improve and implement customer segmentation,and enhance customer loyalty.This aims to maximize the efficiency of customer relationship management and ensure the sustainable development of the enterprise.
