Research On Supplier Management Of MFR Company

How to keep competitiveness continuously growing for the enterprise?How to achieve the best performance for procurement department?How to reduce the procurement cost and the total cost for the enterprise to the lowest limit?The realizations of all these managerial indexes relate to the suppliers' performance,continuous improvements of the supplier management effects would be obviously helpful to achieve such operational goals for the enterprise.We selected the supplier management of MFR company as the research object for this thesis and carried out related studies.While perfecting the supplier development and management process for this company,we also hope this thesis could be regarded as a solution reference for supplier management to general manufacturing enterprises.The first chapter is the exordium,we introduced the research background,meanings,purpose,the train of thought,content methods and technology roadmap for this thesis.In the second chapter,we reviewed relevant research documents at home and abroad,introduced the relevant theories of supplier development and management on which we based this thesis.In the third chapter,we presented the current situation and revelant problems of supplier development and management in MFR company.In the fourth chapter,we offered corresponding improvement strategies against those problems for MFR company according to relevant management theories and working experiences.In the fifth chapter,we summarized this thesis research and presented the expectations for future work and research.
