China has been deepening the development of "Internet plus".New Internet technologies are being used in all walks of life.The application of software technology is spreading rapidly.Software technical talents are vital to the development of IT enterprises,and they can also influence the development of other enterprises.In view of the shortage of software technical talents,enterprises are looking for new ways to recruit talents.The"order-type" talent training mode,which can selectively train technical talents in batches,has gradually become an important way for enterprises to recruit and train talents.Based on the literature review of the "order-type" training mode and the competency model of IT positions at home and abroad,this study adopts behavioral event interview,questionnaire survey and other methods to construct the competency model applicable to the "order-type" training of software technical personnel.Based on the competency model,this paper puts forward Suggestions for improving the training scheme from three stages of training selection,training process and later training,aiming at the quality and career development of the "order-type" training for software technical talents,and demonstrates the importance of the competency model to the improvement of order-type training scheme through the improvement of the scheme.It is believed that the introduction of competency model is an effective way to solve the related problems in the "order" training,which can provide long-term career development plans for the training objects and solve a series of talent development problems and industry anxiety problems. |
