Under the socialist market economy system, and guided by market forces andemployment, vocational education has brought itself to the market on the basis of marketneeds. The core mission of vocational education is whether graduates will be favored by thecorporate and tested by the market or not. With the intensifying of world corporatecompetition and the change of business model, the need of highly qualified professionals isgrowing.“order type” education hence emerged.“order-type” cultivation mode, cooperated by college and enterprise, emphasizes that thecollege and enterprise should make full use of resource superiority and cooperate in anall-round way to guarantee the quantity and quality of talent training. The college andenterprise organize talent training on the basis of the “order”, including training objective,curriculum plan, students’ practicing working ability, and the specification of talent training.The two sides should let the students closely integrate theory with practice, cultivatestudents’comprehensive quality and employability, and produce highly qualifiedapplication-oriented talents for society. At the same time, through “working and learningalternation” and internship, the business consultant participates in the teaching process. Thecollege should make the students be familiar with corporate culture as early as possible,achieve the direct contact between the students and the employer as well as the position, andlay a good foundation for successful employment. Besides, in the process of cooperation, thecollege will improve operating condition, increase the intensity of operating, enhanceeducation brand and employment rate, and promote the healthful and continuous developmentof vocation education.Company A is one of the energy-saving and environment-friendly newly-rising LEDenterprises. After just a few years of operation, it listed on the Growth Enterprise Market.With the development enterprise, LED technology and talented manager is in badly need. Thecooperation between college and enterprise has made a beneficial attempt on the “order-type”talent cultivation mode, however, at the practical level, there are still more to improve. Thisthesis will conduct a study on the case of talent cultivation of Company A. The whole thesisinclude the research background, the theoretical and practical research on the “order-type”cultivation at home and abroad, the human resource environment of Company A, theconfirmation and application of training program, the result and problems caused by theapplication, and giving some optimized improvement suggestions. By analyzing the talent cultivation mode of Company A, this thesis makes a thoroughapproach on how to realize information joint and resource sharing of education and humanresource between the employment of graduates and enterprise employment. Combing theorywith practice and breaking traditional mode of personnel management thinking, we shouldtreat the human resource management from a strategic perspective, which will be of importantsignificance to the realization of small and medium-sized enterprises’ transition frompersonnel management to human resource management.
