Software and information service industry is a strategic emergent industry which is developed emphatically in china. As software information enterprise belongs to knowledge-intensive, the market competitiveness and development speed in Software and information service industry depend on high-quality software talents, the personnel echelon construction of software talents have become a very valuable research project on the sustainable development process of software information enterprises.Therefore, XX enterprise was chose as research object which was the typical representative of software information companies in Fujian Province. Considered the characteristics of knowledge-based enterprise fully, the current situation of human resource of software employee in XX Company was analyzed by using literature reading, face-to-face communication method and so on, according to the idea of raising questions, analyzing questions and solving questions. The main questions which were exited in the personnel echelon construction of software talents in XX enterprise at present were found, the countermeasures and suggestions of the personnel echelon construction base on the successful experience of similar enterprises at home and abroad by using the theories of competency, the characteristics of human resource encouragement, construction of talents and so on.Through the research of XX Company, the author hopes to provide the practical strategies and suggestions to improve the personnel echelon construction of software talents, the ideas and references for developing the construction of software talents can be provided effectively for software information enterprises and other knowledge-based enterprises.
