Since the implementation of the household contract responsibility system in 1982,along with China's economic, political, and cultural development, the development of rural China has been characterized by rural hollowing out, marginalization of agriculture, and aging of farmers. In this context, the government actively encourages large-scale agricultural production and management, and has formulated policies to regulate land transfer, such as the “Decision on Deepening Land Management and Strict Land Management” promulgated in 2004,encouraging “returning rent and reversing” and “ The industrial and commercial capital in the form of company + farmer has gone to the countryside to realize the re-integration of production factors, and at the same time it has also promoted the emergence of some agricultural business entities with certain production and operation scales. In 2008,family farms were proposed as one of the main operators of agricultural scale operations. In 2012,in order to further promote the development of agricultural modernization, the party's report of the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to cultivate a new type of agricultural management entity with the characteristics of large-scale production and management, and to build a new combination of intensification, specialization, organization and socialization.Agricultural management system. In 2017,the party's 19 th National Congress report further pointed out that it is necessary to build a joint industrialization of agriculture. As one of the main agricultural management entities, family farms are characterized by horizontal diversification and vertical linkage. The vertical integration of family farms, through the establishment of cooperatives or enterprises on family farms, integrates the advantages of family management, company management and cooperative management, and is a new form of agricultural industrialization complex under the background of the new era.Its development can not only achieve economic benefits through the family farmers themselves, but also achieve social benefits through the demonstration effect of family farmers in small farmers.Studying the influencing factors of the vertical integration of family farms through grounded theory can not only broaden the amount of knowledge on this aspect of research, but also be a new attempt to apply the methods of other disciplines in agricultural research. In this paper, interviews, grounded theory analysis and content analysis methods are used to conduct text research through face-to-face interviews with Ningxia and Hubei family farms and the selection of family farm cases in the CCTV Financial Channel's enrichment column that meet the sample conditions.I got 6.5 hours of interview recordings and 4 hours of video materials, and I got 10 cases of about 50,000 words.Using the three-level coding, the model of the influencing factors of the vertical integration of family farms is constructed, that is,the factor model consisting of personal factors-intrinsic factors, factor factors-external factors, institutional factors-intermediary factors. The personal factors of family farmers are composed of their goals and characteristics, market judgment, experience and experience, and are the internal factors of their vertical integration. The factor factors are composed of land market construction, surplus labor and capital strength, which are external factors for the vertical integration of family farms. The environmental factors consisting of rural cultural environment,agriculture-related policies and government support play a mediating role in the vertical integration of factor factors and family farms.Environmental factors influence the vertical integration of family farms through the deep integration of promotion factors. On the basis of analyzing and constructing the experience formed by practice through the rooted analysis method, the theory obtained in this study is compared with the existing research.Although the existing research results are not fully reflected in this study, this study has achieved echoes and innovations with some existing research.First, the experience and experience, goals and traits of the farmer in the personal factors, market judgment and the social capital in the existing research, the quality and experience of the operators.Among the factor factors, the rural surplus labor, the construction of the land market, and the capital strength correspond to the labor and land systems in the existing research.Secondly,on the level of environmental factors,we innovatively pointed out the impact of rural cultural environment on the vertical integration of family farms, and also made a new interpretation of the institutional environment in the current family farm research from the perspective of agriculture-related policies.
