Research On The Optimization Of Inventory Management Of XYZ Enterprise In Supply Chain Environment

At present,most of the enterprises in our country are short of working capital and the capital turnover is not smooth.The main reason is the capital occupation caused by excessive inventory.If the inventory is too large,it will not only occupy a large amount of enterprise capital,but also lead to a series of additional expenses,which will increase the cost of the product;if the inventory is too small,it will not be able to meet the market demand in time and cope with the complex market changes,and then it will be in a weak position in the competition of peer enterprises,which is contrary to the law of market economy.Carry out inventory management to find the optimal combination of inventory cost and inventory benefit.At the same time,with the development of supply chain theory,the key point of this paper is to make full use of the resources and information of supply chain.XYZ Enterprise is a typical small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprise in inventory management and operation.Limited by its own scale,it needs to maintain a certain amount of inventory to ensure the smooth production.Through the analysis of the current situation of XYZ Enterprise's inventory management,it is found that the enterprise still adopts the traditional extensive inventory management mode to some extent,so there are still many areas to be optimized in the aspect of inventory management.Finding out the shortcomings of the enterprise's inventory management and analyzing the causes are the basis and premise for the optimization of inventory management.Based on the related theories of supply chain inventory management and the analysis of the current situation of XYZ Enterprise inventory management,this paper selects six indicators of supply chain strategy,information transfer,inventory control,inventory cost control,inventory turnover rate and customer satisfaction as the criteria layer to construct and adapt under certain principles According to the multi-level inventory management evaluation index system of XYZ Enterprise,the importance and evaluation matrix of the same level indexes are obtained by establishing an expert group,and the AHP calculates the index weight,uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to carry on the comprehensive evaluation to the enterprise inventory management present situation,takes the evaluation process and the result as the basis,analyzes the enterprise current inventory management insufficiency and unifies the enterprise present situation to carry on the reason analysis,on this basis carries on the source,the enterprise interior,the consumer and the supply chain and so on four aspects optimization to the enterprise inventory management.
