Research On Quality Management Information System Of Panel Custom Furniture Based On MES

With the continuous progress of information technology in China,the deep integration of traditional manufacturing industry and information technology promotes the upgrading and optimization of manufacturing industry.Panel customized furniture develops rapidly because it meets the needs of personalized customization and mass production,but its quality management still takes paper reports as the main information medium,resulting in low management efficiency.This study takes the quality management information system of panel custom furniture enterprises as the research object,analyzes the current situation of quality management and informatization of panel custom furniture enterprises,summarizes the characteristics of each link of quality management,data coding,quality standards and related activities,combs the quality management process on this basis,analyzes the system requirements with the object-oriented analysis method,and carries out panel based on MES Design and research of the quality management information system of the customized furniture,build the function model and data model.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Based on the analysis of the current situation of quality management and informatization in China's panel custom furniture enterprises,it can be seen that the main causes of quality problems are fuzzy responsibilities and rights of departments,backward storage and difficult material traceability,imperfect quality standards,confusion of on-site management,low quality awareness and lag of information collection and interaction;the key points of quality management in the three links of incoming materials,production and after-sales are flexible and perfect incoming materials Inspection process,equipment management and control,standardized operation of employees,unified quality standards between enterprises and suppliers;summarize and summarize coding specifications,quality inspection standards and other relevant quality related activities in quality management;finally,establish business process scheme in line with PDCA principles according to the above quality management characteristics.(2)Based on the above quality management business process,the quality management requirements of panel customized furniture are divided into six parts,and then the object-oriented analysis method is used to analyze the requirements respectively,and the use case diagram is established to discuss the roles and corresponding requirements of each part,including the main roles of quality inspector,warehouse keeper,quality manager,production personnel,purchasing personnel,etc.;the key use case requirements include defect warehouse management Inspection item management,quality inspection,task query,information query,task assignment,etc.(3)Based on the requirement analysis of the quality management information system of the panel customized furniture,the system function design and class model are carried out with the object-oriented analysis method,and the main classes are abstracted,including role class,defect class,inspection item class,incoming material quality inspection class,manufacturing inspection order class,etc.;the BOM package,quality standard package,task package and task creation package are formed by the package diagram type packaging,quality data package and role package;on this basis,IDEF1X is used to build a complete data model;finally,time sequence diagram is used as a model to build a typical scenario,including defining inspection project business,incoming quality inspection creation business and quality inspection task business,and the quality management information system is analyzed to meet its typical application scenarios.
