Product positioning is the lifeline of enterprise development, is the key to the market, if you don’t accurate positioning, brand promotion is very difficult, even cause enterprises to the recession.Custom furniture from the traditional furniture industry developed a sunrise industry;Now, with the continuous improvement of people’s living standard, more and more strong demand for personalized products, only the custom can meet their needs;Moreover, with the continuous development of industrialization, the leading design, factory production, field assembly will become a family to decorate a trend in the future.Custom furniture industry have also made by leaps and bounds in recent years of development, some of them are listed in the Sofia, Hollywood, Europe and other major brands.According to his work in the industry for many years to learn and study sums up his own point of view, according to ask questions, analyze and solve problems the overall train of thought, using the method of empirical analysis of H company’s brand development status, put forward its own strategy.This paper studies concluded that H company group structure shall be based on market demand and consumption to locate their own product brands, forge a closer to the original ecological green products;On brand promotion, both must make good use of advertising, celebrity endorsements, promotional activities such as most enterprises adopt way of publicity, and flexible use of magazines, websites, such as cost-effective WeChat publicity tool, and on the premise of cost savings, create and promote good furniture products have their own characteristics.
