As the old Chinese saying goes,"People eat for heaven,food for safety first",food provides the most basic guarantee for human survival and development,and safety is the most basic requirement for food.Food safety directly affects the lives of the general public and has long been the concern of the government and the public.However,in recent years,the rapid development of the economy and society has led to the frequent occurrence of food safety problems,how to effectively improve food safety has become a prominent issue facing the relevant government departments.In its development,Heyuan City attaches great importance to the adverse impact of food safety on economic and social development and the lives and health of its citizens,and has successively formulated a number of policy documents and management measures to enhance food safety supervision of infant formula milk powder.However,from the reality,there is still a big gap between the regulatory effect and the expected goal,and parents and the government are less satisfied with the regulatory effect.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study how to strengthen government regulation of the quality and safety of infant formula milk powder for sale in Heyuan City to ensure the quality and safety of infant formula milk powder in the market.This article takes the government supervision of the quality and safety of infant formula milk powder in Heyuan City as the research object.First,it analyzes the structural elements of government supervision on the quality safety of infant formula milk powder in the sales process,and builds a theoretical foundation for analysis and research.Secondly,it analyzes the current situation and dilemma of the quality and safety supervision of infant formula milk powder in Heyuan City,and analyzes the main problems in the quality supervision of infant formula milk powder in sales chain.Thirdly,based on the legal system level,analyze the reasons for the problems of the quality and safety supervision of infant formula milk powder based on the integrity of the system,the rationality of the supervision system,the effectiveness of the supervision mode,the scientificity of the detection mechanism,and the traceability and recall system.Finally,in order to improve the level and efficiency of the quality and safety supervision of infant formula milk powder in Heyuan City,several policies and suggestions for improving the government supervision of the quality safety of infant formula milk powder in Heyuan City are proposed:1.Improve and perfect laws,regulations and standards for Infant formula milk powder quality and safety;2.Improving the supervision system of Infant formula milk powder quality and safety in the sales area of Heyuan;3.Promoting actively the control over the supporting system for Infant formula milk powder quality and safety;4.Improving supporting supervision work for Infant formula milk powder quality and safety.
