Recruitment of human resources is an important channel for enterprises to recruit talents.With the progress of science and technology and the vigorous development of market economy,how to recruit outstanding talents has become an important topic that every enterprise must study.The recruitment of human resources to a certain extent determines the quality of talents in enterprises and affects the development of enterprises.However,information asymmetry affects the recruitment work at all times.How to reduce the negative impact of information asymmetry on the recruitment work has become a big problem for many human resources workers.This paper first analyzes the research results of information asymmetry in enterprise recruitment at home and abroad,and then introduces the relevant theories of information asymmetry and human resource recruitment,expounds various manifestations of information asymmetry,and puts forward relevant suggestions and concrete analysis based on the actual recruitment cases of Procter & Gamble,aiming to put forward some new ideas and suggestions for the research of information asymmetry in enterprise recruitment. |
