As China's economy from high-speed growth to high-quality development,the construction industry has also entered a stage of high-quality development.The acceleration of industry reform and innovation and the deepening of market competition have put forward new requirements for the level of construction project management.As an important part of project management,the role of performance management has become more prominent,and the construction of a scientific and reasonable performance management system has become a top priority.Taking L commercial complex project as an example,this paper designs performance management optimization scheme by comprehensive use of balanced scorecard,360-degree performance assessment and other methods.Firstly,based on the domestic and foreign research status and performance management theory,the paper analyzes the current situation of project performance management of L commercial complex and finds out the existing problems.Then,taking the four dimensions of the balanced scorecard as the framework,the corresponding performance management indicators are designed from the three levels of project,department and employee in turn,and the weight is set by the analytic hierarchy process to complete the construction of the project performance management indicator system of L commercial complex.Then,the process of L commercial complex project performance management is developed according to the five links of planning,guidance,assessment,feedback and application,and the 360-degree performance assessment method is used to complete the qualitative index measurement by the multi-assessment subjects.Finally,the organization,system,culture,training,information and other aspects are formulated to ensure and support the effective implementation of L commercial complex project performance management.The innovation of this paper lies in the following:the first is to apply the theories and methods of performance management in L commercial complex project construction of performance management index system,implementation process setting,and safeguard measures in L commercial complex projects;The second is to comprehensively use the balanced scorecard and 360-degree performance assessment method to systematically build a qualitative and quantitative performance management indicator system and scientifically complete the measurement of the two indicators.It provides guidance for strengthening the performance management of L commercial complex project,and also provides reference for the performance management research of engineering projects.
