Research On Influencing Factors Of Scientific Findings Commercialiazation And Promotion Strategy Of Zhejiang QJ Pharmaceutical Industry

As an important "pharmaceutical county" in Zhejiang Province,Xinchang plays a demonstration and driving role in the national transformation of scientific and technological achievements of medicine.Zhejiang QJ Pharmaceutical Industry,located in Xinchang,as one of the "municipal enterprise research and development centers",has 44 drug varieties and 18 patents now.The annual investment intensity of research and development in the Zhejiang QJ Pharmaceutical Industry is more than 6%.However,it is still existing several problems such as transformation progress of scientific and technological achievements is very slow and suffering many difficulties.How to solve these problems is crucial to national sustainable innovation development.Zhejiang QJ Pharmaceutical Industry was regarded as a research object in this study.According to the triangle method Analysis,this study exploring the affecting factors of the Zhejiang QJ Pharmaceutical Industry in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,and providing some advice to improve the transformation rate of scientific and technological achievements of Zhejiang QJ Pharmaceutical Industry.This study built the theoretical analysis framework of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements affecting factors for enterprises by literature review and theoretical analysis results.Then,the grounded research of the data was conducted by the grounded theory method and NVIVO11 analysis software.131 reference points were objectively obtained by coding.Seven sub-categories(namely,public opinion,organizational characteristics,market locating,research and development and production,human resource management model,business combination,and external forces)were set in point connection of a logical relationship.Further,seven sub-categories were classified into two main categories,that is,promotion factor and hindrance factor,which owing to the combination of enterprise actual situation and theoretical analysis framework.Finally,the triangle mutual certification test showed that the enterprise must optimize the organizational framework and innovation strategic position,join in the cooperation of production,study and research,improve the human resource management model,and communicate actively with the government departments,then can achieve an effective transformation of scientific and technological achievements.The study combined the grounded theory,enriching the theoretical content of the influencing factors of scientific and technological achievements transformation,and providing the positive guides to Zhejiang QJ pharmaceutical enterprises in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.Moreover,it also can provide a useful reference for the other local pharmaceutical enterprises in the same type,and greatly improve the efficiency of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.
