Salary management is one of the important parts of human resource management.It plays an irreplaceable role in the development of enterprises,especially in attracting social talents and retaining excellent talents.Whether the compensation system is scientific and reasonable will directly affect the staff's work enthusiasm,work efficiency,enterprise cohesion and healthy development.Based on the research results of compensation management at home and abroad,this paper studies the optimization of compensation system of case company Z for the purpose of effectively promoting the incentive of compensation.Firstly,starting from the current situation of the salary system of Z company,through the analysis of the existing data,questionnaire survey and interview with employees,it is found that the problems of the salary system of Z company are as follows: equalitarianism,non-effective performance appraisal and lack of incentive dynamic salary adjustment mechanism.Secondly,in order to solve the problems existing in the current salary system of company Z,this paper constructs a job evaluation model,first analyzes the work,and then evaluates the relative value of different job categories in company Z by using the factor count method.Finally,taking into full consideration the policy orientation,corporate strategy and the actual situation of the company,the composition and distribution of compensation of company Z are optimized.At the same time,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the optimized salary system,Suggestions are put forward from four aspects,including organizational support,payroll budget management,publicity and training,and communication channels.
