With the rapid development of the socialist economy with Chinese characteristics in the new era and the continuous deepening of China's power market system reform,the special monopoly position of the power industry has been hit and challenged unprecedentedly.State Grid has put forward a new development strategy "grouping,intensification,standardization,digitization,and internationalization" in the new era.The new development strategy puts new demands on the performance evaluation of power companies at all levels.At present,the performance evaluation system of power companies at all levels is not perfect,and a systematic and comprehensive performance evaluation system has not been formed,which is difficult to meet the company's development strategy and business development needs.The balanced scorecard,as an effective performance evaluation tool,can not only combine the company's performance evaluation work with the company's development strategy,but also overcome the disadvantages of traditional performance evaluation methods using only financial data for performance evaluation.Introduce other non-financial indicators related to the company to conduct a systematic and comprehensive evaluation of the company's performance.Therefore,it is imperative to build a performance evaluation system based on the balanced scorecard.This article adopts four research methods: literature research method,case study,questionnaire survey method,and analytic hierarchy process.At the beginning of the article,it expounds the background and significance of the research in this article.Detailed introduction.Through in-depth enterprise understanding,interviews and questionnaire surveys,a comprehensive understanding of the current status of ZY Power Company's performance evaluation,and an in-depth analysis of the problems existing in ZY Power Company's performance evaluation.Based on ZY Power's development strategy and the need for performance evaluation,based on the balanced scorecard,it starts from the financial level,customer level,internal business process level,learning and growth level,and selects performance evaluation indicators reasonably and adopts The analytic hierarchy process sets the weights of various indicators,constructs the performance evaluation system of ZY Power Company,and puts forward a number of practical guarantee measures for its performance evaluation system.It enables ZY Power Company to meet the new needs of the reform and development of the power system under the economic development of the new era,puts the company in an invincible position in the increasingly competitive market,and also provides reference and experience for similar companies.
