Research On Sustainable Financing Strategy Of W City Investment Group Under The Background Of Transformation And Upgrading Strategy

As the "pillar" of the socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics,the reform of state-owned enterprises is changing from managing assets to managing capital.The traditional system and mechanism of planned economy restrict the sustainable development of enterprises,and the market economy system and mechanism play an increasingly important role.As a state-owned enterprise,urban investment group plays an important role in the process of China's urbanization.Urban investment is a window to understand China's economy.Under the background of increasing global and domestic government debt,especially with the external pressure brought by economic transformation and the higher demand for capital brought by debt growth,urban investment enterprises are bound to bear a new round of investment pressure.How to optimize the investment and financing functions of urban investment platform becomes more and more important.In 2020,with a new round of "new infrastructure" and counter cyclical policies,the transformation and upgrading of urban investment and its financing mode are also changing.This paper systematically reviews the current situation and characteristics of foreign infrastructure financing and domestic urban investment enterprise financing.Combined with the actual situation of W urban investment group,this paper studies the current situation of W Urban Investment Group in the process of transformation and upgrading and the sustainable financing strategy based on the transformation objectives through literature research,normative analysis,case study and investigation.It is found that w urban investment group,as a new transformation and upgrading group,is a sustainable financing strategy based on the transformation objectives Based on the relevant standards of sustainable financing and comparing the characteristics of different financing schemes,this paper analyzes the financing sustainability of A project of w-city investment group,and puts forward suggestions on the implementation of sustainable financing strategies and guarantee mechanisms of w-city investment group from the angle of transformation and upgrading development.
