| Urban construction investment company is a specific product of our country’s specific historical period,which has made great contributions to the economic development of our country,especially to the construction of infrastructure in our country.However,it also has various problems.For example,excessive dependence on land transfer income,insufficient profitability,high debt ratio,inefficient company management,etc.This paper mainly focuses on the development history and current situation of urban construction investment company,through the analysis of the development of China’s real estate market,according to the investment and financing data of urban construction investment companies in recent years,the overall assets and liabilities and the main business situation,the source of debt repayment,solvency,future capital sources of urban construction investment companies are analyzed.At the same time,according to the specific situation of A company,through the study of its regional economic and financial situation,combined with its own business and financial situation,from the company’s own internal and external environment as well as its own transformation and development strategy,this paper makes a detailed analysis of A company.Based on the analysis of the current situation of China’s urban construction investment companies and specific cases,this paper puts forward some suggestions for the future transformation and development of urban construction investment companies,such as delineating the boundaries between the government and the urban construction investment company,utilizing the background of government shareholders to carry out asset restructuring,and using the capital market to activate the stock assets to achieve asset securitization,etc.Finally,the future research directions and methods are prospected. |
