Human resource is the important resources in the modern enterprise.The employee loyalty level is one of the important factors that could use a good human resource with the development of economy.The status of service industry in our country's economy is more and more important,and one of the restaurant industry as a pillar industry of the services sector,its human resources situation is unsatisfactory.High staff loyalty,low turnover rate,at the same time,there are food safety and health problems such as poor employee irregularities,its development will inevitably cause more serious consequences.Among the reasons,low employee loyalty is one of the important reasons,and the catering industry has its particularity,but there are few relevant studies.Therefore,to explore the influencing factors of employee loyalty in the catering industry andput forward the countermeasures and measures to improve their loyalty are the basis for ensuring the safety,health and long-term development of the catering industry.As one of the international "gourmet cities",yangzhou has a profound food and consumption culture,a developed catering industry,and unique characteristics of huaiyang cuisine.Besides,yangzhou's diners are very picky about food and have high requirements on the catering industry.Therefore,yangzhou is selected as a representative case study.The reason why the catering industry is famous in the world is that it has an excellent core staff,namely the chef group,which is directly related to the research object.This paper focuses on two questions:what are the factors that affect the loyalty of core employees in the catering industry?How to improve the restaurant industry core staff loyalty?Through literature review and investigation,the influencing factors were divided into four dimensions:personal factors,family factors,organizational factors and social factors,to explore their influence on loyalty,and personal background characteristics were used as control variables,so as to build a research model.The final results of Yangzhou show that,personal quality has a positive effect on the loyalty level of core employees.;Personal skills have negative influence on the loyalty level of core employees;Job design has a positive effect on the loyalty level of core employees;Organizational management has a positive impact on the loyalty level of core employees;Organizational culture has a positive influence on the loyalty level of core employees;Consumer attitude has a positive effect on the loyalty level of core employees.;There were also significant differences in the loyalty levels of core employees with different genders,ages,marital status and years of service.Further,this paper puts forward some Suggestions and countermeasures for the catering industry in China to improve the loyalty level of core employees:1.Establish a sound corporate culture system.2.Improve the organizational management level of the enterprise.3.Optimize the work design of the enterprise.
