An Empirical Research On The Influencing Factors Of Core Employee Loyalty In IT Industry

While the IT industry is developing rapidly in recent years, the high staff turnover rate causes virtual-high salary level and instability of IT industry. Therefore improving employee loyalty, especially core employee loyalty, has become an urgent problem to be solved. On this premise, this article focused on how to improve core employee loyalty and a lot of in depth research has been done to constitute the main influence factors of the core employee loyalty, what’s more, a rigorous empirical study has been done to evaluate degree of influencing factors.Firstly, this research analyzed the payment of core employee in IT industry, personnel flow situation, summarized the core employee characteristics of IT industry and determined the object of this investigation, organized related theory on employee loyalty and its influencing factors as well as the definition of the concept, established the theoretical basis. Secondly, based on characters of key employees in IT industry and related theory on employee loyalty influencing factors, this research constructed the basic influencing factors. Being identified by Delphi method, we got the influencing factors index system of IT industry core employee loyalty. Furthermore A comprehensive analysis of influence factors is followed. Finally, this research used Structural Equation Model to construct a structural equation of core employee loyalty influencing factors in IT industry, and calculated this equation through AMOS software. Ultimately this research got the factors relationship and influence degree on employee loyalty and Interaction among the various factors as well as the influence distinction among different groups.
