With the disappearance of the demographic dividend,the acceleration of the aging process and the rapid development of science and technology,the competition among enterprises has gradually changed into the competition of human resources.If an enterprise wants to maintain its competitive advantage,it must attach importance to talent development strategy and human resource management,and employee motivation is the key to determine whether an enterprise can effectively utilize,train and retain talents.X Internet enterprise serves traditional manufacturing enterprises,mainly operating e-commerce platform services,cross-border e-commerce promotion services,cross-border e-commerce talent training services,information solutions and other projects.Technical staffs are the key for X Internet enterprise to maintain its core competitiveness.However,technical staffs have the management status quo of no passion for work,no output and low value creation,which seriously affects the long-term development of X Internet enterprise.How to do a good job in the incentive work of technical staffs,maximizing the potential of technical staffs,letting outstanding technical staffs and the enterprise continue to develop steadily,becomes an important part of X Internet enterprise incentive management.This article takes X Internet enterprise technical staffs incentive management present situation as the breakthrough point,using literature research,questionnaire survey,staffs interview and case analysis,research methods,put forward the problems existing in the technical staff incentive management,specific performance for incomplete unreasonable salary,benefits,performance appraisal,training system is not sound and career development is not clear.Through analyzing the existing problems,the design X Internet enterprise technical staff incentive management optimization scheme,the optimized salary welfare system,to perfect the performance appraisal system,strengthening the staff training and development,employee promotion unimpeded channel,strengthen employee spirit motivation of X enterprise technical staff incentive management is optimized to improve the Internet.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the improvement plan,safeguard measures areformulated for X Internet company from the aspects of system construction,organizational optimization,financial support and corporate culture.The problems existing in the incentive management of X Internet enterprises are the common problems of many Internet enterprises,so the research results of this paper can also provide a certain degree of reference for other Internet enterprises.The design of feasible and practical incentive management optimization scheme is inseparable from profound theoretical basis and long-term human resources practice experience.In view of the author's limited theoretical knowledge,lack of practical experience in human resources,limitations of questionnaire and other reasons,there are still many deficiencies in this paper,which requires the enterprise to further optimize and improve the long-term development strategy and the actual situation.
