Faced to the new changes and challenges in the age of Internet finance,commercial banks will be facing greater external competitive pressures.It is because that the bank is service industry,how to seize the opportunity of development through the measures of the staff incentive management to achieve more efficient operation and more optimized concepts,to bring more benefits to the bank is an important issue facing the current banking development.J Bank has taken many measures in the field of staff incentive management,such as the training and education of staff,releasing the staff's caring plans,and improving compensation levels of staff.But in recent years,with the increasing pressure on the management of banks,the satisfaction of staffs on incentive management measures of bank has gradually declined.The current staff incentive management measures are increasingly unable to adapt to the current development of banks and the needs of staffs.In order to effectively improve the stability of the workforce and motivate the initiative and creativity of staffs,and to maximize the effectiveness of human resources,it is extremely urgent to optimize staff incentive management measures.Based on the research on the impact of Internet finance on commercial banks and the motivation theory,the author attempts to analyze the status quo and problems of staff incentive management of J Bank,and proposes optimization measures.This article analyzes the status quo of J Bank's incentive management by using literature analysis and comparative analysis.According to the statistical analysis of the survey results,J Bank has some problems in incentive management,such as the incentive salary not in the right place,the performance evaluation is unreasonable,the promotion not smooth,inappropriate staff training and unscientific job placement.And according to these actual situations,the J bank's staff incentive plan was optimized.These optimization plans including the system of optimizing performance,optimizing salary management,optimizing training development,optimizing career development,and optimizing organizational culture.This article also proposed safeguards around the organization system,process monitoring,information communication,cultural concepts and other content.Through this research,the author tried to improve his understanding of staff incentive management and provide reference for solving the current problems of J bank staff incentive management,and helping J Bank to continuously optimize the talent team and keep up with changes in market and the needs of customers,to achieve rapid development of transformation and upgrading in the age of Internet finance.
