The development of cultural industry promotes the rapid development of the auction market in China.After more than 20 years of exploration and development,the art auction market in China has become the largest and most active part of the global art market.The huge potential of the mainland market makes more and more international auction enterprises want to enter the mainland market to participate in competition.Economic globalization and internationalization of art auction market are also inevitable choices.While deep plowing the domestic market,Chinese local auction enterprises are bound to be in line with the international market.Especially with the convenience of the Internet,the whole auction market has brought infinite imagination space.As a model of the domestic auction industry,Xiling Yinshe auction has made continuous innovation and change in the auction market.How to have a place in the future international competition?For Xiling Yinshe auction,the internationalization of Xiling is also a strategic decision in its development process.From the perspective of internationalization,based on the reality of Xiling Yinshe auction development,combined with the development of external environment,this paper studies the development of Xiling Yinshe auction internationalization by means of SWOT analysis method and other qualitative analysis methods.Through the research of this paper,the necessity of Xiling Yinshe auction Company's strategic transformation is clarified,and WO's strategic choice is determined,that is,from domestic competition to international competition,from traditional auction to innovative auction,to change its own weaknesses and seize external opportunities to actively carry out strategic transformation;Xiiing Yinshe auction Company's strategic transformation follows the concept transformation,resources and business optimization allocation.From the perspective of location and internationalization and the principle of overall transformation,Xiling Yinshe auction Company carries out strategic transformation in accordance with the stages of strategic investigation,strategic planning,strategic adjustment and strategic implementation,and formulates specific strategies and safeguards for the strategic transformation of Xiling Yinshe auction Company.From the perspective of internationalization,the research on the strategic transformation of Xiling Yinshe auction Company can provide some reference for Xiling Yinshe auction Company or the same industry,and has its practical significance.
