Research On The Measurement Of The Degree Of Organization Of Farmers In Daqing City And Its Influencing Factors

The dual urban-rural structure in China has led to a large amount of rural labor flowing into the city.Rural society is seriously hollowed out.Rural society lacks the main members and cannot play the main role of farmers.The scattered small-scale farmers have little ability to resist market risks and natural risks of agricultural production At a disadvantaged position in market competition,this low level of farmers ’organization restricts the increase in farmers’ income and hinders the process of agricultural modernization and rural revitalization.Therefore,how to improve the organization of farmers is a problem that China needs to solve at this stage.According to the specific situation of theoretical research and practical development,the core content of farmers’ organization is the organization of scattered small-scale farmers.By expanding the scale of the agricultural industry and organizing production activities,they can help farmers enter the market and enhance their ability to resist risks.To increase the income of farmers and thus promote the process of agricultural modernization and rural revitalization.Farmer professional cooperatives are generally regarded as an important carrier to improve the degree of farmer organization.Farmer organization cannot be simply regarded as the ratio of the number of farmers joining the farmer professional cooperatives and the total number of farmers.The farmer professional cooperatives cannot develop independently.It should be farmers’ organizational ability and subjective initiative.When studying the degree of farmers’ organization,one cannot ignore farmers’ subjective role.This article takes farmers’ professional cooperatives as carriers,measures the degree of farmers’ organization and explores its main influencing factors.The research results provide a reference for the development of farmers’ organization in Daqing City.This article draws on the existing research on the degree of farmers ’organization,and relies on farmers’ professional cooperatives to select indicators from the four links of pre-production agricultural materials supply,mid-production management,post-production processing and agricultural product sales in the organizational process of agricultural production,and uses factor analysis.Dimensionality reduction extracts the main components,gives each main component the corresponding weight according to the component score and variance contribution rate,and then measures the comprehensive score of the degree of organization of farmers in Daqing City.Based on the analysis results,it identifies both the production management and the pre-production agricultural supplies.The degree of organization of this link is relatively high,and the degree of organization of post-natal processing and sales of agricultural products is relatively low.The comprehensive score of the organization degree of farmers in Daqing City obtained by factor analysis was used as the explanatory variable,the personal characteristics of the farmers were used as the control variables,and the characteristics of the cooperatives where the farmers were located were used as the explanatory variables,correlation and regression analysis were conducted.Time,staff size,distance to the nearest town,whether there is an operating brand,whether the product has relevant quality certification,the chairman ’s education level and the chairman ’s relevant employment time have a significant positive impact on the degree of farmer organization.In view of the above conclusions,it is recommended to establish a learning team with the chairman as the chief to make the management of the cooperative more professional;conduct brand operation;actively apply for agricultural product quality and safety certification,and promote the safe production and supply of agricultural products of professional cooperative farmers;strengthen cooperation with cooperatives The cooperation between farmers has strengthened and supplemented the organization function of farmers,and formed a more specialized,large-scale,and organized new agricultural management system,in order to enhance the organization of farmers.
