At this stage,China has built a well-off society in an all-round way and is in a critical period of further striving to build a modern socialist power. In order to further consolidate the achievements of development and realize the strategy of rural revitalization, the solution of the three rural issues is the top priority.Farmers’ professional cooperatives can comprehensively, widely and closely serve farmers. They are the main force of China’s current agricultural production. They have gradually become an indispensable mainstay to promote rural revitalization, complete land reform and promote agricultural modernization. Therefore, the study of farmers’ satisfaction with farmers’ professional cooperatives and its influencing factors is of great significance to realize the stable and positive development of farmers’ cooperatives, promote the current large-scale and industrialized operation of agriculture in China, organically connect farmers who fought alone in the past with modern agricultural production, and help farmers increase production.Through the research on Farmers’ satisfaction, explore how to improve the service level, strengthen and improve the diversity of cooperative functions and the professionalism of services, and better meet the needs of members,so as to promote the revitalization of rural areas.Firstly,it summarizes the research of domestic and foreign scholars in the fields of the development process of farmers’ professional cooperatives, the role of agricultural production and farmers’ willingness and satisfaction to participate in cooperatives.Through the survey of farmers’ satisfaction with the development of cooperatives and the obstacles in the process of farmers’ specialization in Suizhou,we obtained the data of farmers’ satisfaction with cooperatives in the next 20 years.Further,a binary logistic model is constructed based on the survey data. The factors affecting farmers’ satisfaction are divided into five dimensions: basic characteristics, prenatal service,in production service, postpartum service and service results.Using the maturity scale in previous research results for reference,15 indicators are selected as the independent variables of this study. The results show that the demonstration level, operation scale Whether to provide product sales services, processing services, income increasing effect, agricultural means of production services, financial services, information circulation promotion effect, agricultural production technology services and agricultural production machinery services have a significant positive impact on the satisfaction of farmers’ participation in farmers’ professional cooperatives. However, the five variables of the chairman’s education level, establishment mode, whether to provide information services, promote employment effect and improve farmers’ cognitive effect did not show significant significance.Based on the above regression analysis results, this paper puts forward reasonable countermeasures and suggestions from the perspectives of government and enterprises. The government should strengthen policy support for farmers’ professional cooperatives and strengthen the guidance and publicity of farmers’ professional cooperatives; In terms of cooperatives,we should improve the service efficiency of agricultural production at all stages, continuously optimize the service system for agricultural production, gradually improve the top-level design, and formulate reasonable rules and regulations,so as to improve farmers’ satisfaction with farmers’ professional cooperatives, promote the high-quality and steady development of cooperatives, and help the implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy.
