YS Technology Co.,Ltd.is a small entrepreneurial technology enterprise in the software and information service industry,which has been set up for more than 4 years.It has now gone through the start-up stage and entered the period of growth.The external environment of the comprehensive view enterprise,on the one hand,is the negative influence of the economic downturn on the trade friction,and on the other hand,it also has the opportunity to develop the domestic and self-controlled industrial development,and the state attaches great importance to the software and the information technology service industry.For YS technology companies,the challenge is greater than the opportunity,we should seize the policy of localization of the E-government industry,and build the independent software that is compatible with the localization equipment,make strong enterprises,and seek further development and transition of the enterprise.Under this background,this paper deeply discussed the development strategy of YS Technology Company by using the principles and methods of strategic management of theory,which helped to solve the core issue of the firm's further growth.Through PEST and SWOT Analysis,this paper discussed the internal and external resources and environment to comprehensively understand the advantages and constraints of the firm.Then,it put forward the strategy of focusing on self-research products to build core competitiveness,at the same time,actively involved in the domestic IT industrial eco-chain to achieve win-win development.Finally,this paper put forward some measures to ensure the implementation of the strategy,i.e.,organization optimize,the construction of enterprise culture,human resource construction.The research of this paper points out the direction for the development of YS technology company,but the enterprise is in the changing environment,and the enterprise should keep the strategic adjustment at any time.In order to ensure the effectiveness of the implementation of the strategy,YS has been in the market,R&D,administration of outstanding personnel successfully led to the initial composition of the middle-level system,will continue to introduce outstanding personnel to fill the lack of pre-sales technical personnel.This paper also provides some reference and reference for the small and medium-sized entrepreneurial IT enterprises in the same growing period.
