With the rapid development of social economy,all walks of life are facing many risks.More and more consumers are also trying to effectively transfer risks and reduce losses by purchasing commercial insurance.However,more and more cases show that after consumers buy insurance,they have more doubts about the follow-up claims service.Claim settlement is a relatively complex process,including a number of tasks,such as reporting,investigation,filing,loss determination,loss checking,receipt,adjustment,compensation checking,payment and filing.Of course,compensation work also faces some other extended services,such as disaster prevention and damage prevention,risk survey,wind control suggestions and so on.The quality of claim service will directly affect the supervisor,the brand image of the company and the renewal of the company.In recent years,due to the inadequate management of claims settlement services and the rising insured losses,most insurance companies are reluctant to pay compensation or delay payment,which has caused great damage to the legitimate rights and interests of consumers.Therefore,strengthening and improving the quality of claims service and improving consumer satisfaction is an eternal topic in the insurance industry.H property insurance company has developed rapidly in recent years,but there are still many pain points and difficulties in the settlement of claims.This paper will take H Branch as an example to study and analyze its claim service work:to analyze the background of the paper laying good foundations for the writing of this paper;to introduce claim service,customer satisfaction,to provide a theoretical basis for the paper;and to summarize the current situation of H Insurance Company claim service.The thesis also analyzes the existing problems in the pre-claim work and the causes of these problems;the current problems in the process of insurance company claim service are combined to improve the idea of claim optimization,and form a good claim service model;combined with the current problems and the idea of claim optimization,the countermeasures and safeguards to improve the quality of claim service of H property insurance company are discussed.
