Since the reform and opening up30years, also is our country electric powerindustry with the development of national economy and great changes have taken placein30years, nationwide power grid construction investment scale constantly increasing.Power grid is increasingly strong, frequent blackouts in the past, the condition of lack ofelectricity gone, electric power industry is to promote the rapid development of pillarindustries of the national economy. The electricity transmission&transformationfacilities industry is the main force of power grid construction, taking most of the highvoltage grade of power grid construction tasks, but at present, the electricity transmission&transformation facilities industry is facing a major problem: rising is the fiercecompetition in the market. The cause of market competition there are mainly three points:First, sent variable electric of private flood into sent variable electric industries, electricpower construction enterprise have begun to crowd into market of the electricitytransmission&transformation to compete for market share. Secondly, the provincialpower company is construction enterprises continue to increase. Finally, after marketinter nationalization gradually, intensity of competition in overseas markets. At the sametime, the internal and external environment continued to deteriorate, falling profits andrising costs, corporate profits by improper management, material price soaring, plantcovers an area of compensation, etc, the drop largely, make the electricity transmission&transformation facilities construction enterprise in different degrees in business. Tianjinelectricity transmission&transformation facilities co., LTD. is a division of the Tianjinelectric power company of State Grid, made outstanding contributions to the griddevelopment for many years. At present, the state increased investment in the power gridconstruction in Tianjin area, how to seize the opportunity of the rapid expansion of thescale of the grid in Tianjin, how in an impregnable position in the increasingly fiercecompetition, to develop suitable development strategy, to become a major issue facingthe company.This paper is a practice application paper, mainly based on the strategic managementtheory and correlation analysis method, in view of the installation of electricitytransmission&transformation facilities of Tianjin company external environment andinternal situation, summarized out the opportunities and threats facing the company,advantages and disadvantages. Based on the analysis with the evaluation matrix EFE and IFE evaluation matrix, by the results of QSPM matrix analysis, proposed the strategictarget of enterprise development, combining with the enterprise vision and strategicobjectives, to the enterprise overall strategy decomposition, finally introduced to ensurerelevant measures to ensure implementation of strategy.
