Enterprise Resource Planning(Enterprise Resource Planning,ERP for short)is a modern management and control system with digital information significance.It integrates and modularizes all the production resources of an Enterprise.Each module has independent management functions and complicates each other.ERP is mainly applied to the manufacturing industry.Master Production scheduling in enterprise resource planning(Master Production Schedule,MPS for short)is the core of the enterprise management operation.The role of the master production schedule in the production plan of an enterprise is to improve the business process of the production plan of the enterprise and increase the production efficiency of the enterprise.LD company is a home appliance manufacturing company.In its future survival and development,it can only reduce the delivery time of customer orders,respond quickly to changes in customer order requirements,reduce the cost of production products,increase the turnover rate of production materials,and other aspects Make LD company prosperous.Therefore,this article takes LD company as the research background,and studies and analyzes the various problems existing in the actual application process of the master production schedule in LD company,and the reasons for the problems.The ultimate purpose of this paper is to solve all kinds of problems existing in the application of LD Company’s master production schedule.The specific idea is to study and analyze the application of LD Company’s master production schedule in the actual production plan,as well as other related aspects involved in it;optimize and improve the current management level of LD Company’s master production schedule according to the results of the above research and analysis,and give a targeted optimization and improvement plan.The first step is to analyze the current situation of LD Company’s master production schedule;the second step is to analyze the problems based on the questionnaire method and find out the causes of the problems;the third step is to solve the problems of the master production schedule according to the causes of the problems and the results of domestic and foreign research and related theories;the fourth step is to use the rough-cut capacity planning to analyze and verify the master production schedule;the fifth step is to propose safeguard measures for the optimization plan of LD Company’s master production schedule.In the above steps,using OA system to carry out paperless questionnaire can save resources and facilitate data collection and statistical analysis;using exponential smoothing method instead of moving average method to improve the accuracy of demand prediction;using theory of constraint to find out the bottle neck in production plan and break the improvement;making capacity early warning scheme to improve the total production energy of the company;putting forward the main idea Before the production planner takes the post,he / she shall rotate the post.Through the above methods,the master production schedule of LD Company will go up to a new level,so that LD Company will obtain the core competitiveness of sustainable development in the future development.Finally,we hope that the optimization scheme can be helpful and useful to the similar household appliance manufacturing enterprises of LD Company.
