With the development of science and technology, both usefulness and individuation arerequired to a product. Aiming at satisfying customers and cutting down the production cycle ofproducts, making production plans by computer technology is an essential way to fit thevariable demand of customers and promote the enterprise competitiveness.Combining with the enterprise production status, It was found that overdue productionresulted from the constraints could lead to fluctuation of customers and decrease the enterpriseefficiency, and the production plan-making process did not take into account the constraints ofresources, leading to production can’t carry out, plan and actual production disrupted. Accordingto the study, the production planning and control based on the theory of constraints is moresuitable for A enterprise. First, I introduce the theory of constraint theory and its productionplanning and control, analysis the A enterprise production process and the existing productionplanning and control system through simulated production process, identify the productionsystem bottlenecks and hunt out the production system bottleneck through analysis the problemsof the company A production planning and control system. Establish buffer model, and then putforward the optimization scheme of production plan and control based on the theory of constraint. Finally, evaluate the effect of optimization scheme, Prove the optimization scheme really shortenthe process time, reduced the process inventory, improve production efficiency of the productionsystem, improve the enterprise benefit.
