Research On The Construction Of Characteristic Town In Binzhou City

China’s economy has entered a new normal and the construction of a new type of urbanization has been accelerated,characteristic towns emerge as The Times required.Based on the development of block economy and county economy,this innovative economic model is helpful to solve the problems of lack of effective supply,insufficient factor aggregation,urban-rural dual structure and living environment,and then spread rapidly across the country.In2016,the state proposed to cultivate around 1,000 towns with distinctive and dynamic characteristics across the country,leading the development of small towns across the country.At present,various and diverse characteristic towns have appeared all over the country.There are high-tech and financial towns with high-end industries,cultural tourism towns with traditional industries,and cultural and economic towns with local specialties,which are springing up like mushrooms.The characteristic town is becoming the "characteristic responsibility" of the national new urbanization construction,which is a beneficial attempt to implement the new urbanization strategy.The research content of this paper mainly consists of six parts: the first is the introduction,which specifically explains the research background and significance of this paper;The second is the overview and theoretical basis of characteristic town construction;Third,the status quo,advantages and characteristics,policies and measures of the construction of characteristic towns in binzhou city,as well as the research on the construction of characteristic towns in zhai wang town;Fourth,it analyzes the problems and causes in the construction of characteristic towns in binzhou city.The fifth is to select the typical cases of the construction of characteristic small towns at home and abroad,and summarize the characteristics and relevant construction enlightenment.Sixth,the countermeasures and Suggestions to promote the construction of characteristic towns in binzhou city.This article uses the literature research,investigation,comparative analysis and other research methods,combined with several typical characteristic town construction experiences at home and abroad,including French provencal town,in the German city in zhejiang province town of science and technology innovation,the cloud monschau town,guizhou old state town,etc.,choose the binzhou city characteristic town construction as the research object,and with ZhaiWang town as a case,the current construction situation of binzhou city and town ZhaiWang town feature in-depth study and analysis of the present situation of binzhou city characteristic town construction and the reasons,and puts forward countermeasures and Suggestions for the construction of small town to promote binzhou city characteristics,so as to make contributions to binzhou city characteristic town construction.Through the research,it is found that the characteristic town construction of binzhou city has its own characteristics and advantages,but there are still some problems in the construction process of characteristic town,such as the characteristic town construction industry positioning is inaccurate;Lack of industry support,lack of staying power;Lack of understanding of characteristic town construction;Characteristic town development pattern extensive;Insufficient integration of tourism resources.The causes of these problems mainly include the institutional confinement of characteristic town construction;Construction planning of characteristic town is not scientific enough;Lack of talents and funds;The characteristic town construction culture function superposition is insufficient.Based on the analysis of the problems and causes in the construction of characteristic towns in binzhou city,this paper puts forward the countermeasures and Suggestions to promote the construction of characteristic towns in binzhou city,and leads the construction of characteristic towns in accordance with the scientific planning,improves the construction planning,strengthens the construction of supporting facilities,and combines the regional economic development with the construction of characteristic towns.Promote project construction by highlighting resource advantages,optimize the structure of tourism development,make use of resource advantages for transformation and development,and increase support to form synergy in construction.We will ensure long-term development through institutional building,strengthen institutional building,improve our capacity for social management,and give full play to the advantages of human resources.
